- Familiarity. Many developers and agencies have used cPanel for years, and countless tutorials are written for it.
- Ecosystem. A large market of third-party plugins and integrations is built around cPanel and WHM.
- Root access plus a panel. On a VPS or dedicated server, cPanel lets you keep full root/SSH access while still managing sites through a panel. With Hepsia, the server is managed through the panel and root access isn't available.
